Commandant Training Day - Part 2

The purpose of the Commandant Training Day is to assess the Air Force Cadet Wing (AFCW) in military training and development, focus on leadership, teamwork, agile combat employment skills and strategic understanding of the future fight.

AFCW conducted a Commandant’s Training Day with scoring in order to enhance competition and promote excellence in military training across the AFCW. The training events are designed to meet the Commandant’s objectives of increasing ownership, harmony, inclusivity and institutional pride while developing a warfighter mentality through competition and stimulating strategic military discussion.

To conclude the Commandant Training Days which spanned 25 hours, the cadets held a celebration near their dorms. They had barbeques, games and other activities near Sijan and Vandenberg.
