Appointee Welcome - Class of 2029
Over 3000 people attended the Appointee Welcome for the Class of 2029. The Association of Graduates (AOG) hosted this event on the grounds of Doolittle Hall and the recently completed Wecker Hall and Yost Plaza. Many benefactors and USAFA organizations, including members of the Legacy Class of 1979, were on hand to visit with the new appointees and their families.
Ice cream and games were offered to guests. Attendees were welcome to take a tour of the Heritage Trail while Legacy Parents - US Service Academy graduates with an appointee to the Class of 2029 - had a family photo opportunity at the Challenge Bridge. Everyone had a chance to shop for USAFA Class of 2029 merchandise at Doolittle Outfitters, the AOG gift shop.
The AOG would like to thank everyone who helped make the event possible. We would also like to congratulate the Class of 2029 and their families!
